Shipping policy

SHIPPING Terms and Conditions for orders within NEW ZEALAND

 

Order times will be from the day payment is received in full. This is usually 2 weeks turnaround. 

 Although we endeavour to process and make your orders in a significantly shorter turn around time - to be safe allow 14 business days for despatch PLUS 2-5 business days for transit time.  

Our courier of choice is Courier Post and hope this will be overnight for you. Sometimes this just isn't the case. If you are Rural Delivery please allow an extra couple of days.

 

Shipping options will be provided through a number of registered courier, we reserve the right - at our discretion - to vary the shipping method used according to operational requirements. If you have not given your email address you may not get a notification of shipping and therefore a tracking number.
