So these days I am more likely to download books on Apple Books or Audible but that doesn't stop me feeling compelled to buy physical books and stash them higher and higher at my bedside. I start them all and have such good intentions but I just don't get the time (or make it) to read as much nowadays as I used to.
I do love audiobooks though. How good are those to put on in the car, out for a walk and while you work. SO much easier.
Here are a few of my fav's. Most of them I came across in Zoe Blaskey's Motherkind podcasts (keep an eye out for my podcasts blog soon).
My absolute go to's each month or bi monthly are these two magazines
The books stacked up beside my bed or on my iPad are these
The Mindful Parent by Shirley Pastiroff
How to raise Successful People by Esther Wojcicki
The Juggle by Steph Adams and Samantha Brett
Smart Mothering by Dr Natalie Flynn
Heal the Mother, Heal the Child by Susy O'Hare
The Postnatal Depletion Cure by Oscar Serrallach
FYI this book had me in tears as I read and nodded my way through. I have also been so grateful to have worked one-on-one with Dr Serrallach in Byron Bay on my postnatal depletion.
The Conscious Parent by Shefali Tsabary
The Book You Wish Your Parents Had Read By Philippa Perry
