I purchased a custom keepsake box as well as letter blocks. The team at FBK were so helpful, and the turnaround time was amazingly quick. Everything was of beautiful quality and they executed my vision perfectly (I ordered a box with an image they did not have in their current library, the design they came up with for me was better than I imagined).
